This PHP - HTML - CSS template generator creates a two column layout with both a header and a footer. This PHP / CSS Style Sheet template generator outputs full featured tableless code i.e. tables are NOT used for the template with the column layout.

somebodysaveme17, nothing is too complicated here. It's just a matter of time before you can grasp it. Just start with simple theme like Custom Theme, where you can get a basic CSS code from it. Then you can play with it, until you need some more advanced things.
tried many times it never changed my background , your step by step really isnt a guide at all, i have a picture that i use for my 360 background, i want to apply it as a background for multipy and nothing i do puts that background on there. please help if any can knows how to actually change a background...i know theres got to be an easier way than this!!!!!
